The bar staff were friendly and attentive, creating an enjoyable atmosphere during my evening drinks. The location of the hotel was convenient for my business meetings, and the free Wi-Fi was appreciated. The complementary water bottles and fruit in my room were a nice touch.
The room was smaller than I expected and the decor was outdated. The noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway was disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy for us to explore. We enjoyed visiting the Christmas market, which was delightful. Additionally, we took a 10-minute boat ride to the Old Town, where we enjoyed sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. We also had a room with a balcony that offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. The hotel had great facilities, including a helpful concierge and a restaurant with friendly staff.
We were disappointed by the limited choices and quality of the buffet breakfast. The continental options were lacking compared to other hotels, and some fruits didn't seem fresh.

The hotel was a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service met all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was superb, with a fantastic sauna and an indulgent Jacuzzi. Our room had exclusive advantages like a private balcony overlooking the lake. We appreciated the exceptional quality of the restaurant, with outdoor dining area. the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing, and the location of the hotel had fantastic advantages.
The only negative aspect was that the room service took longer than expected, which delayed our plan. However, the hotel staff was always kind and helpful, and they offered to solve the small issue quickly.
